We are taking the first step with our Fors İzmir project, located in the heart of the city, which draws its strength and brilliance from the people who love and are devoted to it, and which has an 8500-year history.

We define our Fors İzmir project, which will make significant contributions to our city, with the concepts of "Pioneering in İzmir" and "Unique in İzmir". With a unique business model and sound strategies created specifically for İzmir, we will undertake projects with high investment value that will not become outdated and will remain timeless for the city.

We have begun implementing the Fors İzmir project, which we define with the concept of a "Family Residence" where families will return to the city center, and which draws architectural inspiration from the Aegean region and the value of neighborhood. Instead of the studio apartments and small-space residences common in our region, our project, designed for family life, includes 3+1 apartments, 4.5+1 apartments, and penthouses.

Our aim is to provide families with a peaceful living environment, combining the comfort of a residence with the advantage of a central location in the city, making it the heart of family life as it was in the old days. Our goal is to maintain the added value we create in Izmir and to continue leading our sector, achieving new successes. And most importantly, to continue working and producing for our Turkey, for our children… With these thoughts, we owe a debt of gratitude to all our stakeholders who give us strength and courage.
